THE DREAM

I'm in a car with someone I know but don't know who. We are driving to get to some celebration when we encounter rocky terrain and steep hills made of loose rocks and boulders. We pause to question what's going on or figure out how to get through this. We decide to walk, as it looks like some of the path is quicksand; it is too hard on the car, and it would be useless at navigating it. So we set out and walked, forgetting that if we took another route, even though it was longer through dense forestry, we would still arrive, and the party could be over. So we walked, and there was quicksand and muddy surfaces in which our steps were up to our knees in mud. We climb the rocky hills and the bending road.

We arrive, looking up, to where everyone was enjoying themselves. I saw my friend, whom I know well; it was her party, and everyone was naked. I felt a bit uncomfortable having to undress but did and went in. I did not see the person I came with, though. I'm not sure where she or he went.

Time came, and I had to leave to attend to another celebration with my youngest daughter, who was waiting for me. She had some clothes picked out that were beautiful and handed me a gown that sparkled like unusual deep green gems, laden from waist down to the ground. She mentioned how she was going to wear it, but it doesn't fit her very well. She said it would look fab on me. I was taken aback and said, “OMG, are you sure? It’s so beautiful.” “Yes, Mum, I’ve got something else to wear.”

Then she leaves and comes back to show me this amazing ring, so rare and gorgeous. It had 4 deep red petals round the outer side, looking like rubies, but it was something I'd never seen before. The centerpiece was made of these golden square petals that moved in a fluttery, feathery-like fashion, not joined to the ring but floating within the surrounding petals. The ring would expand outwardly and retract back in and reformat, like it was a heartbeat, as I was holding it. My daughter said my oldest sister left it to her, and then I realized I was attending a funeral. My oldest sister had died prior to me being there. I didn't attend the ceremony and was a bit saddened by that. THE END.

YOU ARE BEING SHOWN TO CONTINUE. IT'S GOING TO BE HARD, YAK! THERE ARE SO MANY OBSTACLES.

You decided to get out and walk.

A SENSE OF DETERMINATION AND VICTORY. SELF-RELIANT, MOVING IN YOUR OWN STRENGTH, AND THE WILL TO KEEP GOING. BUT!

THERE IS MORE FOR YOU TO LEARN ALSO, AND IT HAS TO DO WITH YOUR ATTITUDE AND HOW YOU EXPRESS YOUR FRUSTRATION. AS SEEN IN YOUR RESPONSE TO ALL THOSE OBSTACLES, YOUR DECISION SHOWS PERSEVERANCE, SO WE SEE IT'S NOT THE GIVING UP YOU NEED TO LEARN LESSONS ON. YOU TAKE THE LONG AND NARROW WAY THAT ULTIMATELY LEADS TO LIFE. YOU DON'T ALLOW OTHERS' OPINIONS TO ALTER YOUR CHOICE; THE PASSENGER REMAINS SILENT.

YOU HAVE REACHED A PIVOTAL MOMENT. EVEN THOUGH THIS REPRESENTS A SEASON OF HARDSHIP, DIFFICULT TIMES, AND HAVING TO GIVE UP SOMETHING IN ORDER TO MOVE ON, THIS MAY WELL BE SOMETHING THAT CARRIES YOU THROUGH HARD TIMES. YOU DIDN'T GIVE UP THOUGH, AND MAKING THAT DECISION IS ONE THAT LEADS TO LIFE. YOU ARE CHOOSING TO WALK A BIBLICAL TRUTH, KNOWING THAT IS THE ONLY WAY YOU LEARN, AS YOUR WHOLE LIFE HAS BEEN THAT WAY. YOU ARE ON THE RIGHT PATH.

TRANSPARENCY, AUTHENTIC FELLOWSHIP, YOUR SURPRISE AT FRIENDS' NAKEDNESS, AND YOU ARE TOO HARD ON YOURSELF, AND THIS LIMITS YOUR AWARENESS OF WHAT IS GOING ON AROUND YOUR ENVIRONMENT. YOU ARE TOO JUDGEMENTAL ABOUT YOUR OWN LIMITATIONS.

You feel initial discomfort but choose to undress and join.

BEING STRIPPED OF PRETENCE BEFORE GOD,  VULNERABILITY, BIBLICAL CALL,

I didn't see the person that came with me
